LIN-HUNG (“SAM”) CHOI

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer


Lin-Hung (Sam) Choi was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer in March 2018 and has served as President and Treasurer since May 2017. Previously, Mr. Choi was a director of Global Trend and became President, Treasurer and director upon consummation of the merger. Mr. Choi has held the position of director of Jerash Garments since 2012, manager of Chinese Garments and Jerash Embroidery since 2015, and director of Treasure Success since 2016. He is also an indirect substantial shareholder of Jerash Holdings through his wholly owned entity, Merlotte.


Mr. Choi obtained a master’s degree with distinction in Business Administration from the University of Sheffield, the United Kingdom, in 1987, after being awarded the professional diploma in company secretaryship and administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University..


Mr. Choi worked at Deutsche Bank and First Pacific Bank from 1987 to 1995 and has extensive experience in the banking industry. Mr. Choi began his work in the garment and textile industry in 1995, and served as a director of Jiangmen V-Apparel Manufacturing Ltd. since 2010.



WEI ("KITTY") YANG

Vice President, Secretary and Director


Wei (Kitty) Yang has served as Vice President, Secretary and a director since May 2017. Prior, Ms. Yang has served as deputy general manager of Jerash Garments since 2014. Ms. Yang was deputy operations officer for Martino Holding Limited from 2010 until 2014, handling business operation for global clientele and suppliers, duties included liaison with customers and suppliers and human resources management.


From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Yang was a partner at Eternity Travel Agency, and she also served as human resources chief at Jordan Dragon Garment Co. Ltd., a listed company in Taiwan with over 4,000 employees and major customers included JC Penny, Philip Van Heusen, and Liz Claiborne, where she was responsible for the establishment and implementation of human resources policies and processes. Ms. Yang is fluent in English, Arabic and Chinese.



GILBERT LEE

Chief Financial Officer


Gilbert K. Lee was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2019. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fuling Global Inc., a manufacturer of environmentally-friendly plastic and paper service ware with production facilities in the U.S., China and Mexico, from August 2015 until November 2019. Previously, from August 2011 through May 2015, Mr. Lee served Tanke Biosciences Corporation, a livestock nutrition products manufacturer, first as its U.S.-based Chief Financial Officer and then as its Vice President of Business Development. He has also served as Director of Finance at Two's Company, a wholesale distributor of home, gift and fashion products, and as Director of Finance and Marketing at Essilor of America, a subsidiary of one of the world's largest eyeglass lens producer. Early in his career, Mr. Lee served as a Plant Controller for an NYSE listed roofing materials manufacturer. Mr. Lee earned his MBA from University of Texas at Austin in 1995, his MPA (Master of Professional Accounting) from University of Texas at Arlington in 1987 and his BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Marketing from University of Texas at Arlington in 1982.

BILL KORN

Independent Director


Bill Korn currently serves as a board member of CareCloud, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded healthcare IT company (NASDAQ: CCLD). Mr. Korn held the position of Chief Financial Officer of CareCloud from 2014 to 2024. He helped take CareCloud public in 2014, and CareCloud has completed more than 18 acquisitions during his tenure as CFO. Mr. Korn advises to the management of a large off-shore team in Pakistan, which facilitates CareCloud's success. Mr. Korn also served as Chief Strategy Officer of CareCloud. He has served as CFO for six other businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software. His leadership enabled Antenna Software to grow at an 87% CAGR through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth during his 10-year tenure. He also had a 10-year career with IBM as a member of the senior management team that created IBM's highly-successful services strategy in the 1990's. Mr. Korn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.


CHI-YAN MAK

Independent Director


Chi-Yan Mak currently a consultant to Hamon Asian Advisors Limited. Mr. Mak has served as the Executive Director of Genting Securities Limited from 2011 to 2020. Prior, Mr. Mak was an Associate Director of Uob Kay Hian Hong Kong Limited from April 2003 through April 2011. From November 2000 through October 2002, he was the Vice President of Institutional Sales at Worldsec International Limited, an affiliate of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. From June 1999 through October 2000, Mr. Mak served as the Head of International Sales for the Corporate & Institutional Business Group at HLG Securities SDN BHD, and from February 1989 through May 1998, he held various roles in sales, investment banking and portfolio management at Sakura Finance Asia Limited. Mr. Mak earned a BA degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. 



DR. IBRAHIM SAIF

Independent Director


Dr. Ibrahim Saif is currently a senior advisor at the Middle East Institute. He was the Vice Chairman of Manaseer Group from 2021 to 2023. Dr. Saif was the CEO of Jordan Strategy Forum, an economic development think tank, enabling the Jordanian private sector to engage in constructive dialogue on local economic issues and achieve comprehensive economic development. He served the country of Jordan as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources from March 2015 to June 2017, and was the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation from March 2013 until March 2015. Prior to his appointment as a Jordanian Minister, Dr. Saif was a Senior Scholar at the Carnegie Middle East Center, a former Director of the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan, and he served as the Secretary General of the Economic and Social Council in Jordan. He has taught at both the University of London and Yale University, where he led courses on the economies of the Middle East. Dr. Saif holds a Doctorate in Economics, specializing in Trade, Investment and Industrialization, and a Master's degree in Economics with emphasis on Development Issues, both from the University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
